Had an irregular electrical fault with my old car and wanted to replace it with a specific make, model and colour! Kelston sourced the exact vehicle i was looking for and gave me a great price for mine and i was driving my beautiful new car within a few days. The car was immaculate, i was able to look round it at my leisure, all the paperwork was explained and all in all it was a smooth and easy process. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Tobin Motors in January. The whole process went very smoothly considering they were officially closed due to lockdown. There was one minor issue with the windscreen washer after a couple of days however this was rectified by the garage immediately and without question. I would 100% be happy to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

No quibble service
I recently purchased a used car from Tobins. They replaced the cam belt and pump and touched up some paintwork before I collected it. In the first two months there was an airbag fault and power steering fault which they rectified promptly in conjunction with Peugeot. They lent me another car while mine was being repaired. Good communication and no quibble service.

The salesmen take their time to ascertain your motoring needs and suggest suitable vehicles but never subject you to a hard sell. Prices given for part exchange are always very fair. In addition to purchasing vehicles I use Tobin Motors for all my servicing and repair needs. I have used their body shop and was very pleased with the results. Prices for parts and servicing are very competitive and I never need to take my car anywhere else.

I purchased a Ford S Max from Kelston in March this year, excellent service and help throughout. My car broke down 3 months in but was no ones fault it was the wet belt that went and the whole engine was knackered because of it, but Kelston and his mechanics replaced the engine at no cost. When I collected the car I noticed a slight knocking noise but neither me or Kelston could find out what it was. But over 6 months on I had to get a MOT and it failed because of that knocking noise which turned out just to be a suspension arm, but true to his word Kelston gave me the money back for that. Overall all very helpful and true to his words. Thank you for everything Kelston.

Would I use this company again? Absolutely yes, they were very genuine which is a rare gem in todays world. In my experience, some car dealers are just aweful to deal with. I had the opposite with Tobin Motors. They were brilliant and if I need another car in the future, I would buy from them again.
We recently bought this Vauxhall Astra GTC from Kelston at Tobin Motors, the car drives perfectly and is in excellent condition. We were given the keys and told to take our time looking around the car, a refreshing change from some dealers where the salesman won’t leave you alone.
